This kit is for research use only. It is used for ELISA method to quantitatively measure p53 content in mouse serum, plasma or other related liquids.
This manual describes the intended application and experimental principle of the mouse p53 ELISA kit, which uses a double‑antibody sandwich ELISA with HRP‑streptavidin detection to quantify p53 levels in serum, plasma or other fluids. The assay relies on a coated 96‑well plate, standard dilutions, and color development with TMB substrate measured at 450 nm.
The kit includes a coated plate, standards, sample diluent, detection reagents, washing buffer, substrate and stop solution. Detailed steps cover sample collection, reagent preparation, plate loading, incubation times, washing procedures, substrate development, and data calculation. Precautions for washing, sample handling, and storage are also provided. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Detection range | 15.6 pg/mL – 1000 pg/mL |
|---|---|
| Storage temperature | -20 °C (long‑term) or 2‑8 °C (frequent use) |
| Shelf life | 6 months |
| Plate type | 96‑well ELISA plate |
| Sample volume per well | 100 µL |
The kit uses a double‑antibody sandwich ELISA where the sample p53 is captured by coated antibodies, detected with biotinylated anti‑p53 and HRP‑streptavidin, and visualized with TMB substrate.
After each incubation, wash the plate three times with 350 µL per well, then discard the liquid and spin‑dry before adding the next reagent.
The substrate solution should be stored protected from light.
