The AMC-MUX interface converter is used to convert signals from an RS232 interface in both directions to the RS485 2/4 wire or RS422 standard. It can extend cable lengths from 15 m (50 ft) to 1200 m (3900 ft) and increase AMC connections from 1 to 8.
