The DS90LV028A is a dual CMOS differential line receiver designed for applications requiring ultra low power dissipa- tion, low noise and high data rates. The device is designed to support data rates in excess of 400 Mbps (200 MHz) utilizing Low Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) technology. The DS90LV028A accepts low voltage (350 mV typical) dif- ferential input signals and translates them to 3V CMOS output levels. The receiver also supports open, shorted and terminated (100Ω) input fail-safe. The receiver output will be HIGH for all fail-safe conditions.

The AP1510 is a PWM control 3A step-down converter with an input voltage range of 3.6V to 23V and an output voltage range of 0.8V to VCC. The converter has an internal PWM control circuit that can vary the duty cycle linearly from 0% to 100%. It also has over current protection and short circuit protection. When OCP or SCP occurs, the operating frequency will be reduced from 300kHz to 30kHz. Additionally, an internal compensation block is built in to minimize external component count. With the addition of an internal P-channel Power MOSFET, an inductor, capacitors, and a diode connected externally, these ICs can function as step-down switching regulators. When coupled with the SOP-8L package, they serve as ideal power supply units for portable devices, providing such outstanding features as low current consumption.

The ADC122S051 is a low-power, two-channel CMOS 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a high-speed serial interface. It operates within a sample rate range of 200 kSPS to 500 kSPS. The converter utilizes a successive-approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. It can be configured to accept one or two input signals. The output serial data is straight binary and compatible with multiple standards such as SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE, and common DSP serial interfaces. The ADC122S051 can be powered by a single supply ranging from +2.7V to +5.25V. Normal power consumption is 3.0 mW with a +3V supply or 10 mW with a +5V supply. The power-down feature reduces power consumption to just 0.14 µW with a +3V supply or 0.32 µW with a +5V supply. The ADC122S051 is packaged in an 8-lead MSOP package and operates over the industrial temperature range of -40˚C to +85˚C.

Ideal for space critical applications, the LM4051 precision voltage reference is available in the sub-miniature (3 mm x 1.3 mm) SOT-23 surface-mount package. The LM4051’s advanced design eliminates the need for an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with any capacitive load, thus making the LM4051 easy to use. Further reducing design effort is the availability of a fixed (1.225V) and adjustable reverse breakdown voltage. The minimum operating current is 60 µA for the LM4051-1.2 and the LM4051-ADJ. Both versions have a maximum operating current of 12 mA. The LM4051 comes in three grades (A, B, and C). The best grade devices (A) have an initial accuracy of 0.1%, while the B-grade have 0.2% and the C-grade 0.5%, all with a tempco of 50 ppm/˚C guaranteed from −40˚C to 125˚C. The LM4051 utilizes fuse and zener-zap trim of reference voltage during wafer sort to ensure that the prime parts have an accuracy of better than ±0.1% (A grade) at 25˚C.
