The LT1120 is a combination micropower positive regulator and free collector comparator on a single monolithic chip. With only 40µA supply current, the LT1120 can supply over 125mA of output current. Input voltage range is from 4.5V to 36V and dropout voltage is 0.6V at 125mA. Dropout voltage decreases with lower load currents. Also included on the chip is a class B output 2.5V reference that can either source or sink current. A shutdown pin allows logic shutdown of the output. The comparator can be used for system or battery monitoring. For example, the comparator can be used to warn of low system voltage. Frequency compensation of the comparator for amplifier applications can be obtained by adding external output capacitance. The 2.5V reference will source or sink current. This allows it to be used as a supply splitter or auxiliary output.

LM7221 is a micropower CMOS comparator available in two packages, SOT23-5 and SO-8. It is guaranteed to operate with supply voltages ranging from 2.7V to 15V. Its typical supply current is 7µA and its response time is 4µs. The output is open drain type.

AD9974 is a highly integrated dual-channel, charge-coupled device (CCD) signal processor for high speed digital video acquisition. It features a 14-bit, 65 MHz analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a 10-bit variable gain amplifier (VGA), a black level clamp, and a complete on-chip timing generator with 240 ps resolution @ 65 MHz.

The document describes the features and characteristics of the Flow Sens FS5L / FS5LA thermal mass flow sensor, which is suitable for various applications in liquids. The sensor consists of two temperature-dependent platinum resistors, one used as a heater and the other for measuring the reference temperature. A bridge circuit is used to measure the differing resistance values of the two elements, resulting in different (self) heating. The (self) heating is dependent on the applied voltage, mass flow, and the medium in which the sensor is located. Higher voltage increases self heating, while a higher flow rate increases cooling. By maintaining constant self heating with a suitable controller, the voltage increases with higher flow rates and becomes a measure of the mass flow. Due to its low thermal mass, this sensor has fast heating and cooling response times. The measurement principle of the sensor can be used for

The AD9978 is a highly integrated, dual-channel CCD signal processor for high speed digital video camera applications. Each channel is specified at pixel rates of up to 65 MHz.
