LTC3425 is a synchronous, 4-phase boost converter with output disconnect capable of operation below 1V input. It includes four N-channel MOSFET switches and four P-channel synchronous rectifiers for an effective RDS(ON) of 0.045Ω and 0.05Ω, respectively. 4-phase operation greatly reduces peak inductor currents, and capacitor ripple current, and increases effective switching frequency, minimizing inductor and capacitor sizes. True output disconnect eliminates inrush current and allows zero load current in shutdown. External Schottky diodes are not required.

The LM1949 is a low-voltage driver integrated circuit produced by National Semiconductor. The integrated circuit contains a high-voltage driver that can directly drive high-voltage solenoids, such as automobile injector solenoids. The integrated circuit has a working voltage range of 3V-5.5V and a working temperature range of -55˚C to 125˚C. The LM1949 integrated circuit has the characteristic of high output current, which can reach 22mA, which can meet the requirements of automobile injector solenoid current.

AD8383 is a low-cost 10-bit, 6-channel output LCD driver with high voltage drive, short circuit protection, high update rate, and low static power dissipation.

The ZLDO Series low dropout linear regulators have an exceptionally low dropout voltage, typically only 30mV with a load current of 100mA. The regulator series features output voltages in the range 2.7 to 18 volts, and this device provides an output voltage of 4.85 volts. The ZLDO485 consumes a typical quiescent current of only 1mA and is rated to supply load currents up to 300mA. A battery low flag is available to indicate potential power fail situations. If the input voltage falls to within 200mV of the regulated output voltage, then the error output pulls low. The device also features an active high disable control. Once disabled, the ZLDO quiescent current falls to typically 11µA. The ZLDO devices are packaged in Zetex SM8 8 pin small outline surface mount package, ideal for applications where space saving is important. The device's low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and small size make it ideal for low power and battery powered applications. Battery powered circuits can make particular use of the low battery flag and shutdown features.

The AD573 is a complete 10-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter consisting of a DAC, voltage reference, clock, comparator, successive approximation register (SAR), and three-state output buffers—all fabricated on a single chip. No external components are required to perform a full accuracy 10-bit conversion in 20 µs. The AD573 incorporates advanced integrated circuit design and processing technologies.

The LM5070 power interface port and PWM controller provides a complete integrated solution for Powered Devices (PD) that connect into Power over Ethernet (PoE) systems. The LM5070 integrates an 80V, 400mA line connection switch and associated control for a fully IEEE 802.3af compliant interface with a full featured current mode pulse width modulator dc-dc converter. All power sequencing requirements between the controller interface and switch mode power supply (SMPS) are integrated into the IC. The ADC084S021 is a low-power, four-channel CMOS 8-bit analog-to-digital converter with a high-speed serial interface. The ADC084S021 is fully specified over a sample rate range of 50 kSPS to 200 kSPS. It can be configured to accept up to four input signals at inputs IN1 through IN4. The output serial data is straight binary and is compatible with several standards, such as SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and many common DSP serial interfaces. The ADC084S021 operates with a single supply, that can range from +2.7V to +5.25V. Normal power consumption using a +3V or +5V supply is 1.6 mW and 5.8 mW, respectively. The power-down feature reduces the power consumption to just 0.12 µW using a +3V supply, or 0.35 µW using a +5V supply. The ADC084S021 is packaged in a 10-lead MSOP package. Operation over the industrial temperature range of −40˚C to +85˚C is guaranteed.

The MAX796/MAX797/MAX799 are high-performance, step-down DC-DC converters with single or dual outputs that provide main CPU power in battery-powered systems. These buck controllers achieve 96% efficiency by using synchronous rectification and Maxim’s proprietary Idle Mode™ control scheme to extend battery life at full-load (up to 10A) and no-load outputs. Excellent dynamic response corrects output transients caused by the latest dynamic-clock CPUs within five 300kHz clock cycles. Unique bootstrap circuitry drives inexpensive N-channel MOSFETs, reducing system cost and eliminating the crowbar switching currents found in some PMOS/NMOS switch designs. The SKIP override input allows automatic switchover to idle-mode operation (for high-efficiency pulse skipping) at light loads, or forces fixed-frequency mode for lowest noise at all loads.
