2SA1484 is a silicon PNP epitaxial low frequency amplifier with characteristics such as collector to base voltage, collector to emitter voltage, and emitter to base voltage.

NE8500199 is a 1W C-band power GaAs FET produced by NEC with high reliability and performance

IH5043 is a dual SPDT CMOS analog switch produced by Intersil Corporation. It features high voltage, low power consumption and high reliability.

2N6387/2N6388 are Motorola bipolar power transistors available in a TO-220AB compact package. These transistors feature high DC current gain, low saturation voltage and built-in base-emitter shunt resistors, making them suitable for general-purpose amplifier and low-speed switching applications.

µPD78P4038Y is a one-time PROM or EPROM version of the µPD784035Y, µPD784036Y, µPD784037Y, and µPD784038Y with internal masked ROM. Since user programs can be written to PROM, this microcontroller is best suited for evaluation in system development, manufacture of small quantities of multiple products, and fast start-up of applications.

M54HC157/158 M74HC157/158 are high speed CMOS QUAD 2-CHANNEL MULTI- PLEXER’s fabricated with silicon gate C2MOS tech- nology. They achieve the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. These devices consist of four 2-input digital multi- plexers with common select and strobe inputs. The HC158 is an inverting multiplexer while the HC157 is a non-inverting multiplexer. When the STROBE input is held High, selection of data is inhibited and all the outputs become Low in the M74HC157 and High in the M74HC158. The SELECT decoding determines whether the A or B inputs get routed to their corresponding Y outputs. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static dis- charge and transient.

This document describes the features and characteristics of Maxwell Technologies' 28C010T high-density 1 Megabit (128K x 8-Bit) EEPROM microcircuit, including radiation-hardened, high dose tolerance, single event effects, high speed, high endurance, low power dissipation, etc.

AZ1084 is a series of 5A low dropout positive voltage regulators with a maximum dropout of 1.5V at 5A of load current, from BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing Limited. The series features on-chip thermal limiting which pro- vides protection against any combination of overload and ambient temperatures that would create excessive junction temperatures. It also includes a trimmed band- gap reference and a current limiting circuit. The AZ1084 is available in 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V and 5.0V versions. The fixed versions integrate the adjust resistors. It is also available in an adjustable version which can set the output voltage with two external resistors. The AZ1084 series is available in standard packages of TO-263-2, TO-263-3, TO-220 and TO-252.

The MX27C1000A is a 5V-only, 1M-bit, One Time Programmable Read Only Memory. It is organized as 128K words by 8 bits per word, operates from a single +5 volt supply, has a static standby mode, and features fast single address location programming.
