This document introduces the AD9214 10-bit, 65/80/105 MSPS 3 V A/D converter's features, including conversion rate, power consumption, dynamic range, sampling bandwidth, reference voltage, input range, and data format.

The AD9203 is a monolithic low power, single supply, 10-bit, 40 MSPS analog-to-digital converter, with an on-chip voltage reference. The AD9203 uses a multistage differential pipeline architecture and guarantees no missing codes over the full operating temperature range. Its input range may be adjusted.

The AD9202 is a monolithic, single supply, 10-bit, 32 MSPS analog-to-digital converter with an on-chip sample-and-hold amplifier and voltage reference. It uses a multistage differential pipeline architecture at 32 MSPS data rates and features low power consumption, three-state outputs, and an out-of-range indicator.

The AD9201 is a complete dual channel, 20 MSPS, 10-bit CMOS ADC. It is optimized specifically for applications where close matching between two ADCs is required (e.g., I/Q channels in communications applications). The 20 MHz sampling rate and wide input bandwidth will cover both na...

The AD9200 is a monolithic, single supply, 10-bit, 20 MSPS analog-to-digital converter with an on-chip sample-and-hold amplifier and voltage reference. The AD9200 uses a multistage differential pipeline architecture at 20 MSPS data rates and guarantees 0.5 LSB of differential nonlinearity.

The ML4870 is a continuous conduction boost regulator designed for DC to DC conversion in multiple cell battery power systems. It is capable of start-up with input voltages as low as 1.8V, and is available in 5V and 3.3V output versions. An integrated synchronous rectifier eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode and provides a lower forward voltage drop, resulting in higher conversion efficiency.

The ML2035 is a low cost, high precision analog signal generator intended for telecommunications and modem applications that need to generate precise test tones, call progress tones, and signaling tones.

The TLV246x is a family of low-power rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers specifically designed for portable applications. The amplifier has 6.4 MHz of bandwidth and 1.6 V/µs of slew rate with only 500 µA of supply current, providing good ac performance with low power consumption. Three members of the family offer a shutdown terminal, which places the amplifier in a low-power mode.

This document describes the features and characteristics of MtronPTI's M220x series clock oscillators, including the technology used, superior jitter performance, frequency range, and application areas.
