The document describes the features and characteristics of a product called SCBS258M. The product belongs to the Texas Instruments Widebus family and has equivalent 22-Ω series resistors, eliminating the need for external resistors. It supports mixed-mode signal operation with 5V input and output voltages and 3.3V VCC. It also supports unregulated battery operation down to 2.7V. The product has low output ground bounce, Ioff and power-up 3-state support hot insertion, bus hold on data inputs eliminating the need for external pullup/pulldown resistors, distributed VCC and GND pins minimizing high-speed switching noise, flow-through architecture optimizing PCB layout, latch-up performance exceeding 500mA, and ESD protection exceeding 2000V.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the Harris Semiconductor SCHS205I, including propagation delay, voltage level conversion, operating temperature range, balanced propagation delay, and transition times.

54LVTH244A is a 3.3V ABT octal buffers/drivers with 3-state outputs.

54F322 Octal Serial Parallel Register with Sign Extend is an 8-bit shift register from National Semiconductor Corporation, which can be loaded either in serial or parallel and has TRI-STATE parallel outputs and a bi-state serial output. Parallel data inputs and parallel outputs are multiplexed to minimize pin count. State changes are initiated by the rising edge of the clock. Four synchronous modes of operation are possible: hold (store), shift right with serial entry, shift right with sign extend and parallel load, and an asynchronous Master Reset (MR) input overrides clocked operation and clears the register.

HDSP-5082 series of common cathode LED displays are high brightness, low power and large viewing angle LED displays. The series products adopt high quality AlGaAs red, HER red, yellow and green light emitting diodes, which have uniform illumination and good contrast. The series products have many different packages, including 7.6mm, 10.9mm and 16.2mm, to meet different application needs.

The document describes a general purpose optocoupler, consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode and a silicon phototransistor, in a 6-pin dual in-line package. It can be used in applications such as power supply regulators, digital logic inputs, and microprocessor inputs.

The document introduces the features and characteristics of the single channel optocouplers from MICROPAC INDUSTRIES, INC. OPTOELECTRONIC PRODUCTS DIVISION, including overall current gain, conventional transistor biasing, rugged package, high gain high voltage transistor, and 1kV electrical isolation. The products can be used for applications such as eliminating ground loops, level shifting, line receivers, switching power supplies, and motor control.
