This document describes the features and characteristics of M48T129Y and M48T129V, two 1Mbit SRAM real-time clock integrated circuits, including low power consumption, BCD coded century and year, battery low warning, automatic power-fail chip deselect and write protection.

The document introduces the M48T129Y and M48T129V, which are 1Mbit SRAM products. These products feature ultra-low power consumption, real-time clock, battery, and crystal. They have BCD-coded century, year, month, day, date, hours, minutes, and seconds. They support automatic power-fail chip deselect and write protection. In addition, they have software-controlled clock calibration and can retain data for up to 10 years.

M48T08 and M48T18 are integrated ultra-low power SRAMs with a real-time clock, power-fail control circuit, and battery. They feature byte-wide RAM-like clock access, BCD coded year, month, day, date, hours, minutes, and seconds, typical clock accuracy of ±1 minute per month at 25°C, automatic power-fail chip deselect and write protection, and more.

The AD1376/AD1377 is a 16-bit high resolution analog-to-digital converter with internal reference, clock, and laser-trimmed thin-film application resistors. The AD1376/AD1377 are excellent for use in high resolution applications requiring moderate speed and high accuracy or stability over commercial temperature ranges (0°C to 70°C). They are packaged in compact 32-lead, ceramic seam-sealed (hermetic), dual in-line packages.

The AD650 is a versatile monolithic voltage-to-frequency converter (VFC) that utilizes a charge-balanced architecture to obtain high performance in many applications. This application note discusses the F/V architecture and operation, component selection, a design example, and the fundamental trade-off between output ripple and circuit response time.

AD7776/AD7777/AD7778 are 10-bit SAR ADCs from AD company, with high accuracy, low power consumption and low cost.

The ADV7181B Rev. B is a multiformat SDTV video decoder from Analog Devices. It supports NTSC-(M, J, 4.43), PAL-(B/D/G/H/I/M/N), and SECAM.

This document is the errata sheet for the AD7992 ADC, providing information on the changes to the ADC pin-out diagram and indicating the date code for discontinuation of the old pin-out. The AD7992 is a 2-channel 12-bit ADC with an I2C compatible interface.

The AD7738 is a high resolution, high throughput, 24-bit single-ended/differential ADC that offers 18-bit p-p resolution (21-bit effective) and 16-bit p-p resolution (19-bit effective) for 500 Hz, 8.5 kHz and 15 kHz fast channel switching applications. The AD7738 also provides a 3-wire serial interface (SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™ and DSP compatible), single supply operation (5V analog supply and 3V or 5V digital supply), Schmitt trigger logic inputs and a 28-lead TSSOP package.

The ADE7754 is a polyphase multifunction energy metering IC with a serial port. It supports high accuracy energy measurement, is compatible with the IEC 687/61036 standard, and can be used for various three-phase services. The chip has an active power measurement error of less than 0.1% over a dynamic range of 1000:1. It also provides measurement functions for active energy, apparent energy, voltage RMS, etc.
