The AD10677 is a 16-bit high performance analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for applications that demand increased SNR levels. Exceptional noise performance and a typical signal-to-noise ratio of 80 dBFS are obtained by digitally postprocessing the outputs of four ADCs. A single analog input and PECL sampling clock and 3.3 V and 5 V power supplies are required. The AD10677 is assembled using a 0.062-inch laminate board with three sets of connector interface pads to accommodate a variety of interfaces, providing flexibility for a wide range of applications.

The AD9002 is an 8-bit, high speed, analog-to-digital converter. It is fabricated in an advanced bipolar process that allows operation at sampling rates in excess of 150 MSPS.

M48T254V is a 3.3V, 16 Mbit (2 Mb x 8 bit) TIMEKEEPER® SRAM WITH PHANTOM CLOCK with the following features: 3.3V ± 10%, integrated ultra-low power SRAM, real-time clock, power-fail control circuit, battery and crystal, the real-time clock keeps track of tenths / hundredths of seconds, seconds, minutes, hours, days, date, months, and years. The clock function is transparent to RAM operation. Precision power monitoring and power switching circuitry, automatic write-protection when VCC is out-of-tolerance, power-fail deselect voltage: VCC = 3.3V ± 10%; 2.8V ≤ VPFD ≤ 2.97V, battery low (BL), 10 years of data retention and battery operation, SNAPHAT housing (battery/crystal) is replaceable, 100ns access (read = write).

AD670 is a complete 8-bit signal conditioning analog-to-digital converter, including features such as an instrumentation amplifier and a precision voltage reference. It offers high conversion speed, flexible input stage, and convenient input ranges.
