The AD7738 is a high resolution, high throughput, 24-bit single-ended/differential ADC that offers 18-bit p-p resolution (21-bit effective) and 16-bit p-p resolution (19-bit effective) for 500 Hz, 8.5 kHz and 15 kHz fast channel switching applications. The AD7738 also provides a 3-wire serial interface (SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™ and DSP compatible), single supply operation (5V analog supply and 3V or 5V digital supply), Schmitt trigger logic inputs and a 28-lead TSSOP package.
