This document mainly introduces the calibration registers of AD7739, including two register sets. The first register set includes 24-bit offset register and 24-bit gain register, which affect all channels. The second register set includes per channel 24-bit offset register and a 24-bit per channel gain register, which affect a specific channel only.

The AD9050 is an 10-bit monolithic sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an onboard track-and-hold and reference from Analog Devices. It is designed for low cost, high performance applications and requires only +5 V and an encode clock to achieve 40 MSPS or 60 MSPS sample rates with 10-bit resolution.

AD9012 is an 8-bit, ultrahigh speed analog-to-digital converter produced by Analog Devices. The device has a maximum sampling rate of 100MSPS and features low input capacitance and low power consumption. It is suitable for applications such as radar guidance, digital oscilloscopes/ATE equipment, laser/radar warning receivers, digital radio, electronic warfare (ECM, ECCM, ESM) and communication/signal intelligence.

The AD1380 is a complete, low cost 16-bit analog-to-digital converter, including internal reference, clock and sample/hold circuitry. It features 50kHz throughput and ±1/2 LSB nonlinearity. The AD1380 is packaged in a 32-lead hermetic DIP and provides parallel output.

AD1870 is a single-supply 5V 16-bit stereo ADC with single-ended dual-channel analog inputs, 92dB (typical) dynamic range, 0.006dB decimator pass-band ripple, fourth order 64x oversampling, 256 or 384x input clock, flexible serial output interface, etc.

The AD7877 is a 12-bit successive approximation ADC with a synchronous serial interface and low on resistance switches for driving touch screens. The AD7877 features direct battery measurement on two inputs, temperature and touch-pressure measurement. The AD7877 has many user-programmable conversion controls, which include variable acquisition time, first conversion delay, and averaging. It is ideal for battery-powered systems such as personal digital assistants, smart phones, and other portable equipment with resistive touch screens. One of the AD7877’s key features is the STOPACQ input pin, which can be used to reduce the effects of noise on the touch screen measurements. This application note explains in detail how noise can affect the touch screen measurements, where this noise comes from, and how to use the AD7877’s STOPACQ feature to reduce or eliminate this noise in an application.

The AD10678 is a 16-bit, 80 MSPS high-performance analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for applications that demand increased SNR levels. Exceptional noise performance and a typical signal-to-noise ratio of 80 dBFS are obtained by digitally postprocessing the outputs of four ADCs. A single analog input and PECL sampling clock and 3.3V and 5V power supplies are required.
