ANALOG DEVICES ADE7754 handbook

The ADE7754 is a polyphase multifunction energy metering IC with a serial port. It supports high accuracy energy measurement, is compatible with the IEC 687/61036 standard, and can be used for various three-phase services. The chip has an active power measurement error of less than 0.1% over a dynamic range of 1000:1. It also provides measurement functions for active energy, apparent energy, voltage RMS, etc.
