The features are: 5.0V or 3.3V operating voltage, real-time clock keeps track of tenths/hundredths of seconds, seconds, minutes, hours, days, date of the month, months, and years, automatic leap year correction, valid up to the year 2100, automatic switch-over and deselect circuitry, choice of power-fail deselect voltages: M48T251Y: 4.25V ≤ VPFD ≤ 4.50V, M48T251V: 2.80V ≤ VPFD ≤ 2.97V, full 10% VCC operating range, over 10 years’ data retention in the absence of power, watch function is transparent to RAM operation, 512K x 8 NV SRAM directly replaces volatile static RAM or EEPROM

The M48T248Y M48T248V 5.0 or 3.3V, 1024K TIMEKEEPER® SRAM with PHANTOM is a real-time clock RAM chip produced by Microchip.

M48T248Y and M48T248V are 5.0 or 3.3V, 1024K TIMEKEEPER® SRAM with PHANTOM features. They have a 5.0V or 3.3V operating voltage, real-time clock, automatic leap year correction function, automatic switching and deselect circuit, choice of power-fail deselect voltages, full 10% VCC operating range, over 10 years of data retention in the absence of power, watch function is transparent to RAM operation, and 128K x 8 NV SRAM directly replaces volatile static RAM or EEPROM.

This application note explains the use of the AD7738's checksum register to verify data integrity. In noisy electrical environments, the checksum register can be used to confirm the correct reception of data.

AD678 is a 12-bit 200 kSPS Complete Sampling ADC

The AD7569/AD7669 is a complete, 8-bit, analog I/O system on a single monolithic chip, which includes a high-speed successive approximation ADC, Track/Hold, DAC, and output amplifier.

M48T201Y and M48T201V are chips that convert low power SRAM into NVRAMs. They are year 2000 compliant and feature a battery low flag, integrated real-time clock, power-fail control circuit, battery, and crystal. The chips also include a watchdog timer, choice of write protect voltages, microprocessor power-on reset, and programmable alarm output active in the battery backed-up mode. The package includes a 44-lead SOIC and SNAPHAT® TOP for direct connection of the battery and crystal.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the M48T201Y and M48T201V products, including converting low power SRAM into NVRAM, year 2000 compliant, low battery flag, integrated real time clock, power-fail control circuit, battery and crystal, etc.
