This document describes the features and characteristics of the STEVAL-IFP006V1 quad high side smart power solid state relay evaluation board produced by STMicroelectronics. It includes functions such as shorted load protections, temperature protections, over-temperature protections, loss of ground protections, current limitations, etc. The product is suitable for use in programmable logic controllers (PLCs) as well as to drive generic loads requiring up to 0.7A nominal current. It has low power consumption and complies with the IEC 61131-2 international standard.

STP8CL596 is a monolithic, medium-voltage, low current power 8-bit shift register designed for LED panel display.

The STP08CDC596 is an 8-bit shift register with built-in error detection feature. It can detect LED line open and short, short to GND and short to Led voltage supply. Through an external resistor, users may adjust the STP08CDC596 output current, controlling the light intensity of LEDs.

The STP08CDC596 is a monolithic, medium-voltage, low current power 8-bit shift register designed for LED panel display. It contains a 8-bit serial-in, parallel-out shift register that feeds a 8-bit D-type storage register. In the output stage, eight regulated current sources were designed to provide 15-120mA constant current to drive the LEDs. The STP08CDC596 has built-in error detection feature, which can detect open and short on the LED line, short to GND, short to LED voltage supply. Users can adjust the output current of the STP08CDC596 through an external resistor to control the light intensity of LEDs.

The STP08C596 is an 8-bit constant current LED sink driver from STMicroelectronics. It features 8 constant current output channels, adjustable output current through external resistor, serial data in/parallel data out, serial out change state on the failing edges of clock, output current: 15-120 mA, 25 MHz clock freq., available in high thermal TSSOP exposed pad.

The STP04CM596 is a 4-channel constant current LED driver with 4-bit serial input/parallel output, working frequency is 25MHz, can provide 80-500mA constant current, suitable for high brightness display and special lighting applications.

AFM 1.0 is a simulation tool for fuzzy logic, which can automatically generate a database containing inference rules and function description parameters from given input-output pairs.
