LMV2011 is a high precision, low noise, adjustable gain, single power supply operational amplifier, which adopts ultra low voltage difference and high gain amplifier technology. It has low input offset voltage, low noise, high CMRR, high PSRR, wide output voltage swing and wide bandwidth. It is very suitable for precision amplification circuits, temperature compensation circuits, low noise circuits, etc.
The LMV116/LMV118 are low voltage, 45MHz, rail-to-rail output operational amplifiers with shutdown option. They offer high speed and low voltage operation, as well as micro-power shutdown capability. The output voltage range extends to within 20mV of either supply rail, making them suitable for low voltage applications. Despite a low supply current of 600µA, the output current capability is maintained at ±20mA for driving heavier loads. Through a combination of process enhancements and design architecture, important device parameters such as bandwidth, slew rate, and output current remain relatively independent of the operating supply voltage. The LMV118 also provides shutdown capability with a turn-off current of only 15µA. The turn-on and turn-off characteristics are well-behaved with minimal output fluctuations during transitions. This allows the part to be used in power saving mode and multiplexing applications. The miniature packages (SOT23-5 & SOT23-6) further facilitate the adoption of these low power high speed devices in applications where board area is at a premium.
The LMV115 is a 30MHz buffer specially designed to minimize the effects of spurious signals from the base band chip to the oscillator. The buffer also minimizes the influence of varying load resistance and capacitance to the oscillator and increases the drive capability. The input of the LMV115 is internally biased with two equal resistors to the power supply rails. This allows AC coupling on the input. The LMV115 offers a shutdown function to optimize current consumption. This shutdown function can also be used to control the supply voltage of an external oscillator. The device is in shutdown mode when the shutdown pin is connected to VDD. The LMV115 comes in SC70-6 package. This space saving product reduces components, improves clock signal and allows ease of placement for the best form factor.
LMV111 is a low voltage operational amplifier launched by National Semiconductor Corporation. It has the characteristics of low power consumption, high performance, small size, and is widely used in portable electronic devices, active filters, mobile communications and other fields.
The LMV1032-06/LMV1032-15/LMV1032-25 are audio amplifiers series for small form factor electret microphones. It is designed to replace the JFET preamp currently being used. The LMV1032 series is ideal for extended battery life applications, such as a blue- tooth communication link. The addition of a third pin in electret microphones that incorporate the LMV1032 allows for a dramatic reduction in supply current as compared to the JFET equipped electret microphone. Microphone supply cur- rent is thus reduced to 60 µA, assuring longer battery life.
The LMV1012 is an audio amplifier series for small form factor electret microphones. This series is designed for applications requiring high signal integrity in the presence of ambient or RF noise, such as cellular communications. The LMV1012 audio amplifiers operate over a 2.2V to 5.0V supply voltage range with fixed gains and offer excellent THD, gain accuracy, and temperature stability compared to JFET microphones. The LMV1012 series enables a two-pin electret microphone solution, providing compatibility with the existing JFET market. It is offered in extremely thin 4-bump micro SMD packages suitable for electret condenser microphones (ECM).
The LMX2531 is a low power, high performance frequency synthesizer system that includes a fully integrated delta-sigma PLL and VCO with a fully integrated tank circuit. The third and fourth poles are also integrated and also adjustable. Also included are integrated ultra-low noise and high precision LDOs for the PLL and VCO which give higher supply noise immunity and more consistent performance. When combined with a high quality reference oscillator, the LMX2531 generates very stable, low noise local oscillator signals for up and down conversion in wireless communication devices. The LMX2531 is a monolithic integrated circuit, fabricated in an advanced BiCMOS process. There are actually several different versions of this product, for which the primary difference is frequency range. LMX2505 is a highly integrated, high performance, low power frequency synthesizer system optimized for dual-band Japan PDC mobile handsets. Using a proprietary digi- tal phase locked loop technique, LMX2505 generates very stable, low noise local oscillator signals for up and down conversion in wireless communications devices. LMX2505 includes dual voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs) for the upper and lower Japan PDC frequency bands, a loop filter, and a fractional-N RF PLL based on a delta sigma modulator. In concert these blocks form a closed loop RF synthesizer system. The RF synthesizer system supports two frequency bands: PDC1500 and PDC800. Serial data is transferred to the device via a three-wire MICROWIRE interface (DATA, LE, CLK). Operating supply voltage ranges from 2.5 V to 3.3 V. LMX2505 features low current consumption: 10 mA at 2.8 V when operating in the PDC800 mode. LMX2505 is available in a 28-pin leadless leadframe pack- age (LLP).
