The MSC121X series is a low-power, high-precision, high-performance MCU and A/D converter hybrid module that can be used for various digital signal processing applications. The MSC121X series includes five products: MSC1210, MSC1211, MSC1212, MSC1213 and MSC1214. They are different in the number and precision of the built-in A/D converters. MSC121X series adopts 8051 compatible MCU core, with up to 40MHz operating speed, which can meet the needs of various digital signal processing applications. MSC121X series also has 32kB flash memory, 1280 bytes of data SRAM, 2KB boot ROM and 16 interrupt sources, which can meet the storage and interrupt requirements of various applications. MSC121X series adopts 34 I/O pins, which can connect various peripheral devices. MSC121X series has low power consumption characteristics, in idle mode current consumption is less than 200µA, in stop mode current consumption is less than 100nA. MSC121X series also has programmable brownout reset and programmable low voltage detection function, which can improve the reliability of the system.

The MAX3223 is an RS-232 bus-pin ESD protection device that exceeds ±15 kV ESD protection using the Human-Body Model (HBM). It meets or exceeds the requirements of TIA/EIA-232-F and ITU v.28 standards. The device operates with a 3V to 5.5V VCC supply and supports data signaling rates up to 250 kbit/s. It features two drivers and two receivers, low standby current, and is suitable for applications such as battery-powered systems, PDAs, notebooks, laptops, palmtop PCs, and hand-held equipment.

The MSP430F1xx series is a low-power microcontroller produced by Texas Instruments, USA. This datasheet introduces the features and characteristics of TLV1393 and TLV2393 dual bipolar comparators. They are built using a new Texas Instruments low-voltage, high-speed bipolar process, and are specifically designed for low-voltage, single-supply applications. TLV1393 is ideal for low-power systems, with its typical supply current of only 0.16 mA and improved response time of 0.7 µs. TLV2393 features excellent AC performance with a response time of just 0.45 µs, three times that of the LM393. These devices are available in TSSOP packages, which are 1.1 mm thick and 25% smaller than standard surface-mount packages, making them ideal for high-density circuits, especially in hand-held and portable equipment.

The TPS3808xxx family is a microprocessor supervisory circuit with low quiescent current and programmable delay feature. It monitors system voltages and generates an open drain reset signal when the voltage drops below a preset threshold or when the manual reset pin goes low.

The TLC2272 and TLC2274 are dual and quad operational amplifiers from Texas Instruments. Both devices exhibit rail-to-rail output performance for increased dynamic range in single- or split-supply applications. The TLC227x family offers 2 MHz of bandwidth and 3 V/µs of slew rate for higher speed applications. These devices offer comparable ac performance while having better noise, input offset voltage, and power dissipation than existing CMOS operational amplifiers. The TLC227x has a noise voltage of 9 nV/√Hz, two times lower than competitive solutions. The first members of TI's new BiMOS general-purpose operational amplifier family are the TLC07x. The BiMOS family concept is simple: provide an upgrade path for BiFET users who are moving away from dual-supply to single-supply systems and demand higher ac and dc performance. The CC2400 is a true single-chip 2.4 GHz RF transceiver designed for low-power and low-voltage wireless applications. The RF transceiver is integrated with a baseband modem supporting data rates up to 1 Mbps. The CC2400 is a low-cost, highly integrated solution enabling robust wireless communication in the 2.4 - 2.4835 GHz unlicensed ISM band. It is intended for systems compliant with world-wide regulations covered by EN 300 440 (Europe), CFR47 Part 15 (US) and ARIB STD-T66 (Japan). Targeting a wide range of applications at 2.4 GHz, the CC2400 supports over-the-air data rates of 10 kbps, 250 kbps and 1 Mbps without requiring any modifications to the hardware. The CC2400 provides extensive hardware support for packet handling, data buffering, burst transmissions, data coding and error detection reducing the workload on the host microcontroller. The main operating parameters of CC2400 can be programmed via an SPI-bus. In a typical system CC2400 will be used together with a microcontroller and a few external, passive components. CC2400 is based on Chipcon’s SmartRF-03 technology in 0.18 µm CMOS.

The DAC7512 is a low-power, single, 12-bit buffered voltage output Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). Its on-chip precision output amplifier allows rail-to-rail output swing to be achieved. The DAC7512 uses a versatile three-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 30MHz and is compatible with standard SPI™, QSPI™, Microwire™, and DSP interfaces. The reference for the DAC7512 is derived from the power supply, resulting in the widest dynamic output range possible. The DAC7512 incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures that the DAC output powers up at 0V and remains there until a valid write takes place in the device. The DAC7512 contains a power-down feature, accessed over the serial interface, that can reduce the current consumption of the device to 50nA at 5V. The low power consumption of this part in normal operation makes it ideally suited to portable battery-operated equipment. The power consumption is 0.7mW at 5V reducing to 1µW in power-down mode. The DAC7512 is available in a SOT23-6 package and an MSOP-8 package.

The TPS40195 is a flexible synchronous buck controller that operates from a nominal 4.5 V to 20 V supply. This controller implements voltage mode control with the switching frequency adjustable from 100 kHz to 600 kHz. Flexible features found on this device include selectable soft-start time, programmable short circuit limit, programmable undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and synchronization capability.

The ADS1212 and ADS1213 are precision, wide dynamic range, delta-sigma Analog-to-Digital (A/D) converters with 24-bit resolution operating from a single +5V supply. The differential inputs are ideal for direct connection to transducers or low-level voltage signals. The delta-sigma architecture is used for wide dynamic range and to ensure 22 bits of no-missing-code performance. An effective resolution of 20 bits is achieved through the use of a very low-noise input amplifier at conversion rates up to 10Hz. Effective resolutions of 16 bits can be maintained up to a sample rate of 1kHz through the use of the unique Turbo Modulator mode of operation. The dynamic range of the converters is further increased by providing a low-noise programmable gain amplifier with a gain range of 1 to 16 in binary steps. The ADS1212 and ADS1213 are designed for high-resolution measurement applications in smart transmitters, industrial process control, weigh scales, chromatography and portable instrumentation. Both converters include a flexible synchronous serial interface that is SPI compatible.
