This document is about the SN74LVC3G04 triple inverter. It is designed for 1.65-V to 5.5-V VCC operation and has a maximum tpd of 4.1 ns. At 3.3 V, the output drive current can reach ±24 mA and it supports partial power-down mode operation.
SN74LVC541 is an 8-channel 3-state output buffer/driver produced by TI company. It is suitable for 2.7V to 3.6V VCC power supply, and has the characteristics of low power consumption, high speed, and high anti-interference.
This document describes the features and characteristics of Harris Semiconductor SCHS223A, including typical propagation delay, exceeding 2kV ESD protection, SCR-Latchup-Resistant CMOS process and circuit design, balanced propagation delays, etc.
The LM101A, LM201A, and LM301A are high-performance operational amplifiers featuring very low input bias current and input offset voltage and current to improve the accuracy of high-impedance circuits using these devices. The high common-mode input voltage range and the absence of latch-up make these amplifiers ideal for voltage-follower applications. The devices are protected to withstand short circuits at the output. The external compensation of these amplifiers allows the changing of the frequency response (when the closed-loop gain is greater than unity) for applications requiring wider bandwidth or higher slew rate. A potentiometer may be connected between the offset-null inputs (N1 and N).
SLLS177G is a programmable auto-RTS and auto-CTS device with multiple modes and features. It supports CTS control of the transmitter and RTS control of the RCV FIFO contents and threshold. It can directly drive an RJ11 cable and is compatible with existing TL16C450 software. The device operates at high clock rates and has a programmable baud rate generator for high-speed operation. It also features complete status reporting capabilities and programmable serial interface characteristics.
The THS4031 and THS4032 are ultralow-voltage noise, high-speed voltage feedback amplifiers that are ideal for applications requiring low voltage noise, including communication and imaging. The single-amplifier THS4031 and the dual-amplifier THS4032 offer very good ac performance with 100-MHz bandwidth, 100-V/µs slew rate, and 60-ns settling time (0.1%). The THS4031 and THS4032 are stable at gains of 2 (–1) or greater. These amplifiers have a high drive capability of 90 mA and draw only 8.5-mA supply current per channel. With total harmonic distortion (THD) of –72 dBc at f = 1 MHz, the THS4031 and THS4032 are ideally suited for applications requiring low distortion.
The CC2550 is a low cost true single chip 2.4 GHz transmitter designed for very low power wireless applications. The circuit is intended for the ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) and SRD (Short Range Device) frequency band at 2400-2483.5 MHz. The RF transmitter is integrated with a highly configurable baseband modulator which has a configurable data rate up to 500 kbps. Performance can be increased by enabling a Forward Error Correction option, which is integrated in the modulator. The CC2550 provides extensive hardware support for packet handling, data buffering and burst transmissions. The main operating parameters and the 64-byte transmit FIFO of CC2550 can be controlled via an SPI interface. In a typical system, the CC2550 will be used together with a micro-controller and a few passive components. CC2550 is part of Chipcon’s 4th generation technology platform based on 0.18 µm CMOS technology. This data sheet contains preliminary data, and supplementary data will be published at a later date. Chipcon reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice in order to improve design and supply the best possible product. The product is not fully qualified at this point.
The CC2500 is a low cost true single chip 2.4 GHz transceiver designed for very low power wireless applications. It is suitable for systems such as consumer electronics, wireless game controllers, wireless audio and wireless keyboard and mouse.
The ADS7845 is a 12-bit sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a synchronous serial interface and low on-resistance switches for driving touch screens. Typical power dissipation is 750µW at a 125kHz throughput rate and a +2.7V supply. The reference voltage (VREF) can be varied between 1V and +VCC, providing a corresponding input voltage range of 0V to VREF. The device includes a shutdown mode which reduces typical power dissipation to under 0.5µW. The ADS7845 is guaranteed down to 2.7V operation. Low power, high speed, and on-board switches make the ADS7845 ideal for battery-operated systems such as personal digital assistants with resistive touch screens and other portable equipment. The ADS7845 is available in a 16-lead SSOP package and is guaranteed over the –40°C to +85°C temperature range.
The product is a low-power stereo audio codec with a stereo headphone amplifier, as well as multiple inputs and outputs, programmable in single-ended or fully-differential configurations.
