The µPD7564A is a 4-bit single-chip microcomputer with a small number of ports in a small package, which is of low-order models, µPD7554 and 7564 sub-series in the µPD7500 series. With an on-chip serial interface, it per- forms efficient dispersion processing of a system as a sub-CPU for the 75X series or 78k series. The µPD7564A has outputs to directly drive a triac and LEDs and allows selection among many types of input/ output circuits using their respective mask options, sharply reducing the number of external circuits required.

This data sheet provides details of the IDT54/74FCT138T/AT/CT 1-of-8 decoder. The decoder has three binary weighted inputs (A0, A1, and A2) and, when enabled, provides eight mutually exclusive active LOW outputs (O0-O7). The decoder also has three enable inputs: two active LOW (E1 and E2) and one active HIGH (E3). All outputs will be HIGH unless E1 and E2 are LOW and E3 is HIGH. This multiple enable function allows easy parallel expansion of the device to a 1-of-32 (5 lines to 32 lines) decoder with just four IDT54/74FCT138T/AT/CT devices and one inverter.

The AK4351 is a high cost performance 18bit stereo DAC for low-end digital audio systems. The modulator in the AK4351 uses the new developed Advanced Multi Bit architecture with wide dynamic range. The analog outputs are filtered in the analog domain by a combination of SCF and CTF. Therefore, any external filters are not required. The SCF techniques also improve the loss of accuracy from clock jitter. Therefore, the AK4351 is suitable for the system like STB including PLL circuit. The AK4351 is available in very small 16pin TSSOP package, which reduces system space.
