TrilithIC BTS771G Datasheet
The BTS771G is a quad switch driver from TrilithIC that can be configured as a bridge or a four‑switch topology. It is optimized for DC motor management and features ultra‑low on‑resistance (high‑side typical 85 mΩ, low‑side typical 40 mΩ) and high peak current capability.
Key features include load and GND short‑circuit protection, over‑temperature shutdown with hysteresis, short‑circuit and open‑load detection, and over/under‑voltage protection. The device is supplied in a P‑DSO‑28‑9 package and supports both H‑bridge and other switch configurations with optional current‑sense resistors.
