The 1N4565‑1N4584A‑1 series offers 6.4 V nominal Zener reference diodes with temperature‑compensated voltage. Four test‑current options (0.5 mA, 1 mA, 2 mA, 4 mA) and temperature‑coefficient selections from 0.01 %/°C down to 0.0005 %/°C give designers flexibility for precision applications.
These glass‑axial‑lead DO‑7 devices are internally metallurgic‑bonded, hermetically sealed, and available with MIL‑PRF‑19500/452 qualifications (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV). They support a wide operating temperature range (‑65 °C to +175 °C), 500 mW power dissipation at 25 °C, and standard tape‑and‑reel packaging.
