Endress+Hauser Prosonic S FMU90 User Manual
The Prosonic S FMU90 is an ultrasonic measuring instrument designed for level and flow measurement in liquids, slurries, mud, dust and rough solid materials. It can be equipped with one or two ultrasonic probes (FDU series) and supports up to six relay outputs, multiple accumulators and counters, and optional external sensors.
This manual covers system design, measurement principle, input and output configuration, HART and PROFIBUS DP integration, wiring diagrams, external limit‑switch and temperature‑sensor connections, and safety warnings. It also includes application examples for level and flow measurement, as well as programming of linearisation curves and pump‑control functions. This manual is written in Chinese.
