Technical data sheet for RIGOL DG2041A and DG2021A function/arbitrary waveform generators.
The DG2000 series function/arbitrary waveform generators from RIGOL use direct‑digital synthesis (DDS) to provide precise, low‑distortion signals. They support 10 standard waveforms, user‑defined arbitrary waveforms, and a range of modulation types (AM, FM, PM, PWM, FSK) with extensive I/O options including USB, LAN, RS‑232 and GPIB.
Key features include a 100 MSa/s sampling rate, 14‑bit vertical resolution, up to 512 kpts waveform length, and built‑in UltraWave software for editing and storing arbitrary waveforms. Ordering information, warranty details, and contact locations for service centers are also provided. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Sampling rate | 100 MSa/s |
|---|---|
| Maximum waveform length | 512 kpts |
| Frequency range (DG2041A) | 1 µHz – 12 MHz |
| Output amplitude (DG2041A, 50 Ω) | 20 mVpp – 10 Vpp |
| Dimensions (W×H×D) | 232 mm × 108 mm × 288 mm |
| Weight (no packaging) | 2.7 kg |
| Non‑volatile storage slots for arbitrary waveforms | 4 |
The generators provide USB Device, USB Host, LAN, RS‑232 and GPIB interfaces, plus optional USB storage and web remote control.
Four non‑volatile storage slots are available for user‑defined arbitrary waveforms.
The DG2041A can output from 20 mVpp up to 10 Vpp into a 50 Ω load.
Both models use a 100 MSa/s sampling rate.
