Acure UJ30/UJ35 is Panasonic's unique LED-type UV curing device. It features advanced LED array technology, strong UV irradiation capacity and high-precision temperature feedback function, providing high-efficiency solutions for various types of UV coating applications.
The UJ30/UJ35 series are compact LED spot UV curing units (80 mm × 125 mm × 140 mm) that deliver high‑intensity UV light at 365 nm and 385 nm for precise resin curing. They feature built‑in temperature sensors, RS232C control, and the ability to program up to eight LED channels for flexible exposure control.
The manual covers installation, operation via the front panel or external RS232C commands, safety precautions, warranty (3 years), and technical specifications such as power consumption (<60 VA) and LED lifetime (≈20 000 h).
