The manual walks you through using the supplied CD to launch the Setup program, searching for cameras on the network, and configuring basic network settings such as IP address or DHCP. It also covers model‑specific steps, including wireless configuration for the BL‑C131 and saving settings to the camera or PC.
Further sections describe how to set the camera’s date and time, enable internet access via UPnP and automatic port forwarding, register the device with Viewnetcam.com, and install the optional Network Camera Recorder software. Insert the supplied CD into the computer and run Setup.exe; if it does not start automatically, double‑click the file.
After selecting the camera, click the wireless setup step, enter the wireless parameters, and click Save. BL‑C111 users can skip this step.
