Frequently asked questions

Why does the front‑panel button feel unresponsive?

The button uses a scan detection mechanism and requires a 2‑second press before releasing to operate smoothly.

What should I do if there is no video signal or colors are missing?

Check that the YPbPr cable connectors are correctly matched at both ends; mismatched connections cause loss of color or signal.

Why is the power indicator not lighting up?

Verify that the power input connector is firmly seated and the power cable is properly connected.
