This document is the installation manual for the Signet 8860 Dual Channel Conductivity/Resistivity Controller.
This document provides step-by-step instructions for installing the Signet 8860 dual channel conductivity/resistivity controller. It covers panel mounting, wiring connections, and safety precautions. The controller supports two independent sensor inputs and features multiple output types including 4-20 mA, relay, and open-collector outputs. Electrical specifications include dual power options (AC or DC) and environmental ratings for industrial use.
The guide also includes sensor compatibility details, display options, and relay configuration settings. Safety warnings are emphasized, including disconnecting power before wiring and protecting live contacts to avoid shock hazards.
