About this manual

The ADR420/ADR421/ADR423/ADR425 series are high‑precision, low‑noise XFET® voltage reference devices offered by Analog Devices. They provide stable reference voltages of 2.048 V, 2.50 V, 3.00 V and 5.00 V with low temperature coefficients and excellent long‑term stability.

The devices are supplied in 8‑pin SOIC or 8‑pin MSOP packages, operate over a wide supply range (4 V‑18 V for ADR420, up to 7 V‑18 V for ADR425), and are suitable for precision data‑acquisition, medical instrumentation, fiber‑optic networking and industrial process control. This manual is written in Chinese.
