The HMC361 is a low noise divide-by-2 static divider from Hittite Corporation. It has a small size of 0.686 mm x 1.143 mm and uses InGaP GaAs HBT technology. The device operates from DC to 11 GHz with a single +5.0V DC supply. Its low SSB phase noise of -148 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset helps the user maintain good system noise performance.
