This document describes the features and characteristics of the STMicroelectronics VN340 high-side driver, including compliance with IEC 61000-4-4, IEC 61000-4-5, and IEC 61000-4-6 standards, 8 channels with 0.5A per channel, DC/DC converter, excellent thermal behavior, power supply up to 35V, and very low standby current.
