The devices offer a 15 kV/us minimum common mode transient immunity at Vcem = 1500 V for TTL/Load Drive.
The devices provide a minimum of 15 kV/us common mode transient immunity when driving TTL loads at 1500 V.
These optocouplers are guaranteed to perform from 0°C to 70°C.
The maximum supply voltage between pins 8 and 5 is 30 V.
