The NUP4201MR6 is a low capacitance, low power TVS diode that is designed to protect high speed data lines from ESD, EFT, and lighting. It features a 3pF maximum capacitance between I/O lines and is certified to IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4, IEC 61000-4-5, and other international standards.
