This document provides installation and removal instructions for the Hayward SKIM-VAC series of vacuum attachments. To install, place the vacuum cleaner head on the hose, fill it with water, and connect it to the skimmer basket until suction holds it in place. Removal is achieved by twisting or lifting the connection to break the suction.
Grasp the hose connection near the plate and give a sideward twist or briefly lift the vacuum head to break the suction.
The standard models fit 7" baskets, while model SP11063 fits 8" baskets.
