This document is an owner's guide for the Hayward SP0580 Series underwater lighting fixtures designed for use in swimming pools and spas. The fixture is UL Listed under file number E39338 and must be used with an appropriate Hayward UL Listed fixture housing (niche). Installation and operation must comply with Article 680 of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes.
The connection must be encapsulated using 3M Inc. Scotch Cast Wet Niche Potting Compound No. 2135 or an equivalent.
