Maxim MAX1060/MAX1064 Data Sheet

The MAX1060/MAX1064 are low-power, 10-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) featuring a successive-approximation ADC, automatic power-down, fast wake-up, internal reference voltage, and high-speed parallel interface. They operate with a single +5V analog supply and can interface directly with a +2.7V to +5.5V digital supply. These converters are ideal for battery-powered and data acquisition applications or circuits with demanding power consumption and space requirements.
