RN5T562 is a chip that integrates CMOS step-down DC/DC converter and two low dropout regulators (LDO). With some external components such as inductor, capacitors and resistor, it is easy to compose a low ripple, high efficiency step-down DC/DC converter.
The RN5T562 is a CMOS-based integrated circuit that combines a self-oscillating step-down DC/DC converter with two independently controllable LDOs. It features a high switching frequency of up to 2MHz, allowing the use of small external inductors and capacitors. The device includes protection circuits such as Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO) and Thermal Shutdown.
