The Aprilaire® Ventilation Controller, manufactured by Research Products Corporation, is covered by a five-year warranty. The controller is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If any defects are found within the five-year period, the controller can be returned to the original supplier or Research Products Corporation for replacement within 30 days. This warranty does not cover defects in materials or workmanship provided by the installer. The implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the aforementioned five-year period. Research Products Corporation expressly excludes liability for incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of the implied warranties or the limited warranty.
