LMX2350/LMX2352 is a low power frequency synthesizer produced by National Company, with a working frequency range of 2.5GHz/550MHz and 1.2GHz/550MHz. It is manufactured using National's 0.5µ ABiC V sili- con BiCMOS process, and has the characteristics of low power consumption and high stability
The LMX2350/2352 is a family of monolithic integrated fractional N/Integer N frequency synthesizers designed for use in local oscillator subsystems for radio transceivers. These devices are fabricated using National Semiconductor's 0.511 ABiC V silicon BiCMOS process and contain dual modulus prescalers along with modulo 15 or 16 fractional compensation circuitry in the RF divider.
The synthesizers utilize a fractional N phase locked loop technique to generate very stable low noise control signals for UHF and VHF voltage controlled oscillators. They feature a highly flexible 16 level programmable charge pump and are available in a 24-pin TSSOP surface mount plastic package.
