This document describes the Agilent SureSelect Target Enrichment System, which is optimized for use with the Applied Biosystems SOLiD System. The system utilizes 120 bp RNA oligos for efficient capture of specific genome subsets, offering features such as overnight hybridizations and the ability to run up to 16 indexes or 256 individual samples per run. It supports the capture of the entire human exome in a single tube as well as custom genomic targets.
