The kits feature a novel fast Taq mutant and enhanced rapid hot start capability to deliver results in under 40 minutes with superior sensitivity and reproducibility.

The new ultra-fast reagents allow the completion of real-time experiments in under 40 minutes.
They are designed for the ABI StepOnePlus Real-Time PCR instrument and also provide rapid cycling on ABI 7900HT and 7500 Fast.
The formulations are compatible with any fluorescent detection chemistry including sequence-specific probes and SYBR® Green dyes.
