Frequently asked questions

What power supply is required for the DP100?

The unit requires a DC +12 V power supply, using only the Yamaha AC adaptor PA-1B or PA-S or the power supply PW100.

Can the limiter and noise gate be used separately?

No, because the DEFEAT switch applies to both channels simultaneously; you cannot switch effects ON/OFF separately for one channel.

What happens when the DEFEAT switch is pressed ON?

The settings of the GATE level control and THRESHOLD level control have no effect, delivering input signals from OUTPUT jacks with the level set by the OUTPUT level control.
