About this manual

The SN54LVTH541 and SN74LVTH541 are 3.3-V ABT octal buffers/drivers featuring 3-state outputs designed specifically for low-voltage operation. They support mixed-mode signal operation, allowing input and output voltages to be 3.3 V while interfacing with a 5-V system environment. These devices are ideal for driving bus lines or buffering memory address registers and feature inputs and outputs on opposite sides of the package to facilitate printed circuit board layout.
