KA1L0365R/KA1M0365R/KA1H0365R are high performance switching power supply chips produced by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. They feature precise fixed operating frequency, pulse by pulse over current limiting, over load protection, over voltage protection, internal thermal shutdown function, under voltage lockout, internal high voltage sense FET and auto restart.
The Fairchild Power Switch(FPS) product family is designed for off-line SMPS applications with minimal external components. Each device integrates a high voltage power SenseFET and a current mode PWM controller IC, reducing component count and increasing efficiency for flyback or forward converter designs. The family includes three models with precision fixed operating frequencies of 50kHz, 67kHz, and 100kHz.
