About this manual

The AME1300 is a combination of a fixed output, low dropout regulator and microprocessor monitor. It features a typical supply current of 50µA, which is significantly lower than bipolar regulators. The device includes over-temperature and over-current protection, as well as a power-saving shutdown mode that reduces supply current to 10µA typical when the EN pin is low.

The AME1300 is available in an 8-Pin MSOP package with factory pre-set output voltages ranging from 2.7V to 3.0V. It is stable with an output capacitor of only 2.2µF and is designed for applications such as instrumentation, portable electronics, and wireless devices.
