AME8500 / 8501 µµµµµProcessor Supervisory is a small package, low temperature drift, low static current µP power monitoring device launched by AME, Inc. The device provides 11 voltage threshold options, 5 reset interval options and 4 output configuration options to meet different application requirements.
The AME8500 family provides user‑selectable reset voltage thresholds, reset time intervals, and output driver configurations. The devices monitor power‑supply voltage and assert a reset when the voltage drops below the programmed threshold. The AME8501 adds an over‑temperature shutdown function.
Available in small SOT‑23 and SOT‑89 packages, the parts offer up to 11 voltage‑threshold options, five reset‑interval options, and four output‑configuration choices. Detailed ordering information, pin configurations, and absolute maximum ratings are listed for each variant.
