SHC5320 is a high-precision, high-speed data acquisition chip produced by Texas Instruments. It has a maximum acquisition time of 1.5µs and a maximum holding mode settling time of 350ns. The chip is compatible with TTL signals, uses full differential inputs, and integrates an internal holding capacitor.
The SHC5320 is a bipolar, monolithic sample/hold circuit designed for precision, high-speed data-acquisition applications. It utilizes an input transconductance amplifier to provide large charging currents for fast acquisition times and incorporates a low-leakage analog switch with an output integrating amplifier optimized for low droop rates.
The device includes an internal holding capacitor to simplify application but allows for additional external capacitance to further improve the output voltage droop rate. It is available in ceramic or plastic DIP-14 packages, as well as 16-pin surface mount plastic packages, and operates with +15V supplies.
