ST LD1085 SERIES Data Sheet

The LD1085 is a low dropout linear regulator capable of providing up to 3A of output current. Output voltage is 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 5V, 8V, 9V and 12V. Output tolerance is ±1% at 25°C and ±2% over the entire temperature range. Internal power and thermal limit. Operating temperature range -40°C to 125°C. Package options: TO-220, TO-220FP, D2PAK and D2PAK/A. Pin compatible with standard adjustable VREG.
