About this manual

The ST7MC1/ST7MC2 devices are members of the ST7 microcontroller family designed for mid-range applications with a dedicated motor control peripheral. They are based on a common industry-standard 8-bit core featuring an enhanced instruction set and are available with FLASH, ROM, or FASTROM program memory.

Key features include up to 60K bytes of dual voltage FLASH program memory, 384 to 1.5K bytes of RAM, and a 10-bit ADC with 16 input pins. The devices offer five timers, SPI, LINSCI asynchronous serial interface, and a brushless motor control peripheral with six high sink PWM output channels for sine-wave or trapezoidal inverter control.
