About this manual

The TS274 series are low cost, low power quad operational amplifiers designed to operate with single or dual supplies. These devices utilize the SGS-THOMSON silicon gate CMOS process to allow an excellent consumption-speed ratio, making them ideally suited for low consumption applications.

Three power consumption levels are available within the series: TS274 (high speed) at 1mA/amp, TS27M (low power) at 150µA/amp, and TS27L (very low power) at 10µA/amp. The amplifiers offer very high input impedance and extremely low input currents with minimal drift versus temperature.
