Motorola MC14LC5003/MC14LC5004 128 Segment LCD Drivers Datasheet

MC14LC5003/5004 are 128-segment, multiplexed-by-four LCD drivers. The MC14LC5003 uses a serial interface data input protocol, while the MC14LC5004 uses an IIC interface and has a 'read mode'. The drivers accept data from a microprocessor or other serial data source to drive each segment of the LCD. They are low cost, independently addressable, and have other features.
